\nOur strong concern for \u201cFood\u201d developed from this thought has been inherited throughout the years at Gosenjaku.<\/p>\n

With the concept of \u201cGosenjaku Cuisine\u201d, we offer dinner and lunch that use the specially selected ingredients such as the vegetables and herbs from the local farms. We also offer, homemade cakes carefully baked one by one at Gosenjaku, as well as regular local menus such as the \u201cSanzoku\u201d set meal using the local products of \u201cShinshu\u201d (Nagano prefecture). Please enjoy the heart-warming menus that we have at our hotel.<\/p>\n

We always aim to serve the best fit food for guests to start the day in Kamikochi… egg plates made with eggs from the Matsumoto Aida poultry farm, \u201cTonjiru\u201d which has been the regular menu from those days as Gosenjaku Ryokan, and the jam made from an original recipe of Gosennjaku Hotel.<\/p>\n
